RAINBOW BUTTER CAKE

(With the absence of egg, and using yogurt as a substitution, the cake will cave in at the top- making it look like a rainbow! The cake is also naturally more crumbly due to the absence of egg)
We do bake rainbow butter cakes with eggs, but result will be that the cake will have a natural dome and the colours wont appear as layers, but more psychedelic!
Size: 9inches loaf, around 2.2inches in height
Base: Yogurt or eggs
